A legal disclaimer

All appointment bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or cannot make your scheduled time, please text or direct message me as soon as possible to reschedule. Rescheduling must be handled manually by me to ensure you are properly placed into the next available opening. Please pay close attention to the date and time you select when booking. Double bookings or scheduling errors made during booking are not eligible for a refund. However, your payment can be credited toward your next haircut if rescheduling is necessary. Thank you for understanding and respecting the policies that help keep everything running smoothly.
